produced.

The renewed list of machine models includes 9 essential lathe types (including heavy-duty lathes), which comprise the diameter range of workpieces machined over carriage up to 3200 mm, and the weight of machined workpieces up to 40 ton.
While designing the updated machine models we have taken into consideration notions and requests of our Customers. So, we have made a number of modifications in the machines construction, in particular:

new designs of spindle stocks, which we offer practically with all machine models. These renewed spindle stocks with extended spindle bore allow the optimal utilization of all the capabilities of modern main feed drives;
-
the enhances rigidity of the carriage assembly in machine models 16R35F3 and 16R50F3 allows to fulfill even much efficient and precise workpiece machining, and to make maximum use of the high-speed carbide cutting tools while machining both ferrous and nonferrous metals;
-
the constructive and technological solutions made at different stages of working out of design documentation, allowed to reduce production costs and to simultaneously increase the technical level of production;
-
CNC systems and feed drives of leading manufacturers and electric cabinets produced at the specialized factories in accordance to the most modern quality standards are supplied with most basic machine models;
-
special attention should be paid to lathe models RT960F3 and RT318F3, which allow to machine long bars at one setting.
