A Ryazan progressive thread-rolling machine model RP30F3 made according to EuroChem request was put into commisionThe CNC thread-rolling machine model RP30F3 is designed for cold strain or rolling precise threads, worms and surfaces by means of radial and axial feeds.
The lathe is equipped with a movable hydraulic carriage with a spindle head of 30 ton rolling force, and with two servodrives of rolling spindles. The machine is equipped with a spindle rotation device for rolling with axle feed.
The CNC system and two servodrives expand the technical abilities of the machine; these devices ensure stepless speed control and synchronization of spindles rotation. The adjustment of rollers is fulfilled by means of inputting the rotation angle from the display. It is possible to change the speed of working stroke (the speed of material strain) duing one process of rolling, which increases the resistibility of the rolling tool and the quality of workpiece machining.
The CNC automatically changes the required rolling force resistibility on the basis of feedrate choosed. It provides achieving the optimal material strain according to its specific characteristics.
