Taipei International Machine Tool Show 2009A delegation from the Ryazan Machine Tool Works visited TIMTOS 2009 (Taipei International Machine Tool Show) which took place from 4th till 7th of March 2009 in Taipei city (Taiwan).
The Taipei International Machine Tool Show is held every 2 years in Taiwan, and it is the main Tiwan show oriented on machine tool companies, as well as companies producing tools and accessories. The chief organizer of the Show is TAMI (Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry).
This year, the Show took place in two different exhibition centers: TWTC and NANGANG Exhibition Hall. The Show attracted 895 exhibiting companies at 4871 booths. The overall exhibition area was about 82700 sq.m.
According to the President of TAITRA organization announcement, the Show attracted more exhibitors than the previous one in the year 2007 (by 26 per cent). It has become the largest exhibition of all the machine tool shows in Asia held up to the present day.
The Ryazan Machine Tool Works delegation visited TIMTOS 2009 with the following purposes:
- expanding the range of utilities applied
- finding out reasonable terms per optimal quality-price ratio
- selecting alternatives to the applied utilities
