The Ryazan Machine Tool Works trademark has been known worldwide for more than 50 years.
ERESPO-IMPEX has been “RMTP” export exclusive distributor since 1987.
Until 1987 our machines have been sold under the mark “Stanko”.
ERESPO-IMPEX head office is situated right at the factory, which allows our personnel to work in cooperation with the factory management, design bureau, production, and analytic and other departments.
Our prices and delivery dates are validated by The General Director of the plant.
ERESPO-IMPEX follows the marketing policy of the factory. The main purpose of the policy is to ensure developing of the distribution network all over the world. This policy is the basis for increasing export of our machines.
The same goal is achieved by the firm, which develops strategic partnership with world’s best-known machine tools manufacturers.
ERESPO-IMPEX consists of six departments:
- Commercial (including new markets development group)
- Export machines quality control
- Export spare parts
- Logistics and planning group
- Customs clearance department
- Import
COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT negotiates and concludes import-export contracts, searches for new distributors worldwide and establishes contacts with them. The department monitors production and contracts fulfillment, backs up distributors, and organizes participation in world’s largest exhibitions.
EXPORT QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT provides additional quality control of the exported units during all the stages of their manufacturing. Together with engineers the department considers customers’ claims, if any. Lunching and commissioning worldwide is another activity of the department.
SPARE PARTS DEPARTMENT.
The Ryazan Machine Tool Plant guarantees warranty and post-warranty service for every machine.
We provide our customers with full range of services during the whole period of machine operation and also deliver necessary spare parts.
Our highly qualified specialists train in and consult on machine operation and maintenance. They can also visit your site if necessary.
