In spite of the increase of our production volume, we are ready for co-operation expansion on casting delivery (we have free annual resource from 10 to 12 thousand tons of casting).
From the middle of 2005 there will appear the opportunity of production of high-strength and high-alloy cast iron.

The main directions of our foundry activity are the following cast types and technologies : |
| Production of big-size iron casting in single-use sand moulds in jackets (JSS-forms, to α-sets process mould cores) weighing from 2 to 22 tons. |

Production of middle-size iron casting in cupolas with clear dimensions :
from 1200x1000 to 2700x1300mm by ? -sets process weighing 0,1 - 2 tons. |

Production of small-size iron casting on the conveyor by forming with a raw sand with adding of asbestos crumb in cupolas with clear dimensions :
450õ350õ150 and 900õ700õ300, on the forming machines models 22111, 2A54, 265, weighing from 0,2 to 100 kgs. |

Production of non-ferrous casting :
bronze Br 05Ö5Ñ5; Br Î10Ô1; aluminum ÀÊ5Ì2 casting in single-use sand moulds weighing up to 50 kgs and into a metal mould weighing up to 4 kgs. |

At our plant we have a well-equipped model manufacturing, producing metal and wooden models,
as well as with mechanical broaching into the inside of the model of loose pieces (guide ways of lathe beds).
